Wylie, TX, Retail Associate Jeff Laventure (right) was presented a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Marsha Mendoza (left) for a perfect score on a recent Retail Customer Experience.
Jeff Laventure recently received his fifth Gold Star Award for giving exceptional customer service. He enjoys staying busy and working hard, which makes him happy. Laventure remarked, “We have a great crew. I wouldn’t be successful without them. Every person I have worked with has helped me to get where I am today.” Postmaster Marsha Mendoza commented, “I never have to ask Jeff for something to be done. He exemplifies what all employees should strive to be like.”
