USPS employees are on the front lines, adapting to challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic, and always among the first to support to their communities.  In in times of crisis, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available for counseling and other services.

The program aims to help employees overcome life challenges that can affect their health, family or job performance.

EAP is a voluntary, confidential and free service that can be accessed through the EAP site, online apps, in person or by calling 800-327-4968

Services include:
• Face-to-face counseling
• Telephone counseling
• Video therapy 
• Text therapy
• Online therapy
