Little Elm, TX, Retail Associate Sajanu Kurien (left) received a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Rhonda Flowers (middle), for a perfect score on a recent Retail Customer Experience.  Retail Associate Sajanu Kurien has been with the Postal Service for 18 years.  She enjoys giving exceptional customer service and dealing with people.  Kurien remarked, “My coworkers are outstanding and they do a terrific job.  I’m proud to be part of the team.”

 

Little Elm, TX, Retail Associate Nancy Harris (right) was presented a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Rhonda Flowers (middle), for a perfect score on a recent Retail Customer Experience.  Retail Associate Nancy Harris started her Postal career as a Letter Carrier in May of 2002.  Her husband taught her how to carry mail and how to be an exceptional employee.  This is her third Gold Star Award. Harris commented, “I’ve always worked in the service industry.  I love my customers and helping people. It makes me happy to save them money.  When I see that they are happy, it makes me feel happy too.  As an immigrant from Taiwan, I’m proud to do my best and to be a federal employee.”
