Customer Compliment

Irving, TX, Valley Ranch Station Supervisor, Customer Services Michael Loya (right) received a Certificate of Appreciation from OIC Debbie Wilson (left) for a five star review from a customer on Yelp.com.  He went above and beyond to locate and then deliver a lost package to a very grateful customer.  
 
“I have been blown away by the customer service given at this location. I had a package lost in the mail and (of course) I was panicking, I called the office and spoke with Michael Loya. He is the greatest. After a few days of trying to help me over the phone, he actually went out and did the entire route until he found my package. He went door to door, and delivered it to my apartment office. Michael, if you are reading this, it is people like you who make all the difference in the world. Thanks sooooo much!!!”
