Ennis, TX, Retail Associate Frank Kubena received his Gold Star & 30 year Service Awards

Ennis, TX, Retail Associate Frank Kubena (center) was presented a Gold Star Award by Manager, Post Office Operation Brandi Smith (right) and Supervisor, Customer Services Maria Rosales (left) for a perfect score on a recent Retail Customer Experience.

 

Ennis, Retail Associate Frank Kubena received his first Gold Star Award for providing outstanding customer service during a recent Retail Customer Experience.  He likes meeting different people and providing great service to satisfy their needs.  Kubena commented, “I do my job to the best of my knowledge.  I provide the best possible service that I can because I take pride in what I do.”
