36 Consecutive 100% Scores on RCE Shops

Lake Dallas, TX, Retail Associates (left to right) Helen Heer, Patricia Guerrero, Mark Darnell (behind) and Larry Healy were presented with #PostalProud t-shirts by Manager, Post Office Operations Randall Joines and Postmaster Johny Wilson for the 36^th  consecutive 100% score on a recent Retail Customer Experience. Larry Healy commented, “I’m proud in knowing everyone in my office gives their best every day. 36 consecutive 100s on RCE shops don’t just happen by accident. We all hold each other accountable to the standards of the Postal Service and the expectations held by our Postmaster Johny Wilson.”
