Dallas, TX, University Station Supervisor, Customer Services George Miles received a customer compliment for going above and beyond to help a customer receive a package.  He received a call from a customer saying that a package had been delivered to a parcel locker and there was not a key available to open the locker.  Miles updated the customer throughout the day as he attempted to resolve the issue. Finally he called the customer and agreed to meet him at the parcel lockers in the evening.  He was able to retrieve the package and the customer gave him rave reviews on social media.
