CONNECTING WITH CUSTOMERS

Since 2003, we have been tasked with finding leads for potential customers to help generate revenue.  The leads are submitted through six programs — Business Connect, Clerks Care, Customer Connect, Mail Handlers, Rural Reach and Submit a Lead. Each program allows employees to provide tips about businesses that could benefit from using USPS products and services. 

Although it started with our Letter Carriers, it has grown to become part of the everyday routine for all of us.  Backed by the Employee Unions and Management Associations and promoted through our Business Development Specialist, we have grown year over year.  It only takes a moment to ask someone if they would be interested in benefitting from our many products and services.
Business Connect (BC) and Employee Engagement Programs (EEP) has a combined revenue for Dallas of $11,801,954 for QTR 2.  Thank you for doing your part.  I appreciate your effort and commitment.
