Plano, TX, Northwest Station Lead Retail Associate Crystal Kang (left) was presented a Gold Star Award by Manager, Customer Services Vivian Malone (right) for a perfect transaction on a recent Retail Customer Experience.
Lead Retail Associate Crystal Kang sets the bar high for others to follow. She has been providing excellent customer service for over 31 years and will be retiring in August. She will be joining her husband, a 36-year U.S. Army veteran who retired in February, as a postal Distribution Clerk. Kang commented, “We have really good clerks at this Station. We are the best because of our team work!”
