Tis the Season

Peak season is officially underway! From now through New Year’s, customers across the country will turn to us to safely deliver their holiday presents and well wishes to family and friends.

 It is our core mission to provide World Class Service every day to each and every customer. The holiday period is especially our time to shine. Don’t allow this busy season to lead to short-cuts and hasty decisions.

Each time you deliver a package think about the contents of that package.  Protect your customers’ treasures and take those extra steps to get to the door.  Treat each package professionally, with World Class care, respect, and integrity.  Proper handling of packages is essential for providing World Class Service.

We are seeing far too many incidents of our employees tossing packages onto our customers’ property.  Many times those incidents are caught on home security cameras. While delivering, tossing packages from any distance is unprofessional and unnecessary.

There is no good reason for failing our customers and the Postal Brand. Please handle packages as if they were your own. PLACE them at the delivery point and do NOT throw them. 

Service is our business. It’s in our name; it’s expected and deserved by our patrons. Providing a positive customer experience is critical to the future of our organization.
