Irving, TX, Valley Ranch Station Retail Associate Yada Smith (right) received her first Gold Star Award from OIC Debbie Wilson (left) for a perfect score on a recent Retail Customer Experience (RCE).  She believes in giving every customer fantastic service.  Smith treats all her customers with respect.  She commented, “I want all my customers to walk away with a smile.  They should be and are our number one priority.”  Hurricane Katrina brought Smith here from New Orleans and she is a loyal Saints fan.”
