Dear Mr. Gilchrease,

 When I moved to Irving in 2006 and the Las Colinas area, I decided to rent a mail box at the local Las Colinas Finance Station.  Over the years, I decided to downsize to a smaller box and several times I thought about closing the box completely to save costs.  The only reason I have not done so is because of two of your postal employees, Horace Williams and Deborah Williams.

Over the years they have been unfailingly courteous and helpful.  Even when they are very busy with other customers.  A customer minded staff like yours makes a difference.
