The Addison Post Office held a Passport Fair on February 10,
2018. There was a huge turnout in which 80
passports were processed generating $2750 in total revenue. The Passport Fair
was scheduled from 8am until 1pm but went way past the end time. The last passport application was processed at
7pm. Postmaster Alicia Soliz had to
drive the packet to North Texas Processing & Distribution Center. It was a long day but thanks to Robert Castro
and Julian Molina who stepped up to the challenge with no complaints, no breaks
and no lunches until everyone left (they ate while entering the transmittals),
it was a huge success. The following
photos are from that event.
