Please express my sincerest gratitude to the staff at the Northaven Station in Dallas, Texas.  They have consistently been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, even during the busiest of times.  There are many complaints about the Post Office these days and I suspect there are fewer people who bother to send compliments.  I will also write a complimentary letter to the Postmaster as well as to the local supervisory staff expressing my gratitude.  Please let them know that this loyal customer cares and appreciates the staff at Northaven!
