Garland, TX, South Station Retail Associate Silvia Sardon (front row, second right) received her fourth Gold Star Award at this station from Manager, Customer Services June Neroes (back row, far right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She was joined by her co-workers (front row, left to right) Sarah Garcia, Mini John and Patty Martinez.  Back row (left to right) Darell Eubanks and Jose “Tony” Rodriguez.  Sardon enjoys assisting customers and communicating with people.  She feels happy knowing that her customers are satisfied.   

Garland, TX, Kingsley Station Retail Associate La Tanga Ballard (left) received her fourth Gold Star Award from Supervisor, Customer Services Florice Diggs (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She has been with the Postal Service for 26 years and enjoys solving customer issues.  Ballard commented, “I love my job, customers and co-workers.  It’s a family tradition.”

Garland, TX, Main Post Office Retail Associate Robert “Bob” Easley (right) received his seventh Gold Star Award from Acting Manager, Customer Services Steve Boyle (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He has worked for the Post Office for over 18 years and is a U.S. Army veteran.
