Retail Associate Prakuzhy Sebastian (center) received his second Gold Star
Award from Acting Manager, Customer Services Dionne Davis (left) and
Supervisor, Customer Services Mary Gomez (right) for a perfect transaction on a
Retail Customer Experience. He has been
with the Postal Service for 32 years.
Sebastian helps people to the best of his ability and enjoys the
gratification of a happy customer. He
remarked, “I have a nice family and my co-workers are really good here. We have excellent team work.”
