Tyler, TX, Data Collection Technician (DCT) Russell K. Hebert (left)
received his Retirement Certificate from Postmaster Falonda L. Woods (right). Hebert is a U.S. Army Veteran. He worked with the Post Office for 42 years
and 11 months. Hebert started his career
in Dallas in 1978, then transferred to Tyler in 1983 and worked as a DCT for the
Dallas District for the last 26 years.
He remarked, “It has been a great run and I’m looking forward to
retirement.”
