All three Post Offices in Grand Prairie received a Gold Star Award in the month of January, Congratulations for providing exceptional customer service. This is the second time in the past three months that all three Post Offices have received a Gold Star Award in a given month.

Grand Prairie, TX, Main Post Office Retail Associate Nikitah “Nikki” Gray (center) received her third Gold Star Award from A/Postmaster Randy Acord (left) and Supervisor, Customer Services Tammy Mccutcheon (right) for a perfect transaction on a recent Retail Customer Experience.  Gray has worked for the Post Office for 15 years.  She loves her customers and giving exceptional service.

Grand Prairie, TX, Fountain Station Retail Associate Teresa Legaspi (right) received her 25^th Gold Star Award from and Supervisor, Customer Services Tammy Mccutcheon (left) for a perfect transaction on a recent Retail Customer Experience.  Legaspi has the most Gold Star Awards of any employee in the Dallas District.  She is an extraordinary example of how to give exceptional customer service on a consistent basis.

Grand Prairie, TX, Westchester Station Retail Associate Binta Tunkara (right) received her second Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Patti Walker (left) for a perfect transaction on a recent Retail Customer Experience.  Walker commented, “We have a great team here and I’m very proud of the work that Binta and her co-workers do each day.”
