Canton, TX, Retail Associate Valencia Gipson (center) received her third and fourth Gold Star Awards from Manager, Post Office Operations Brandi Smith (left) and Postmaster Dana Hoffman (right) for perfect transactions on Retail Customer Experiences.  She enjoys her work schedule and interacting with different people.  Gipson remarked, “The USPS is becoming a more innovative company and is using incentives to increase morale.  I have a fantastic family and I’m grateful that my job allows me to spend time with them.  Canton has a great team that gets the job done.”

Canton, TX, Retail Associate Amanda Boyd (center) received a Gold Star Award from Manager, Post Office Operations Brandi Smith (right) and Postmaster Dana Hoffman (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She loves the family atmosphere they all have and interacting with the customers.  Boyd stated, “We are a great team here.”

Canton, TX, Retail Associate Chad Hutchins (center) received a Gold Star Award from Manager, Post Office Operations Brandi Smith (left) and Postmaster Dana Hoffman (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He has been with the Postal Service for 19 years.  Hutchins worked at the plant before coming to Canton.  He commented, “I never appreciated customer service while working at the plant.  The people here are amazing.  It’s a great place to work.”
