Dallas District Marketing Manager Karen Schott (far right) and Manager, Consumer & Industry Contact Vanessa Wallace (far left) recognized (left to right) Complaints & Inquiry Clerks Karl Hooks II, Kathie Cook, Deborragh Lawson, Rhonda Buggs, Becky Alvarado, Rose Ranck and Chutanyjia Ware for their great performance.  Dallas District Consumer Affairs Division was recognized for having the lowest number of year to date reopened Enterprise Customer Care (ECC) cases (1.61%) compared to the total number of Enterprise cases.
