Linden, TX, Rural Carrier Roger Conn was on his rural route and noticed suspicious characters at a customer’s residence.  He mentally noted all he could and contacted the resident.  Sure enough, there had been a break-in and robbery.  With Roger’s assistance to the sheriff’s department, the suspects were apprehended in a day and the stolen property was recovered.  Postmaster Lenda Spradling commented, “Roger Conn is just another example of Postal Service employees helping in their rural communities.”
