Rockwall,
TX, Retail Associate Janette Duckworth (third left) received a Gold Star Award
from Postmaster Nichole Higgs (holding star) for a perfect transaction on a
Retail Customer Experience. She was
joined by (left to right) Retail Associate Shelly Uhl; Supervisor, Customer
Services Valerie Paz; Retail Associates Amie Mann; Brian Brandberry;
Supervisors, Customer Services Duane Lorton and Tony Dickens. Duckworth enjoys the interaction with the
customers. She is proud to have a great
team of co-workers who provide their customers with outstanding service. Duckworth commented, “I love my son. He is the main reason why I enjoy coming to
work.”
