TX, Lead Retail Associate Diane Rowell received her fifth Gold Star Award for
providing outstanding customer service on a Retail Customer Experience. She has been with the Postal Service for 20
years. Postmaster Tracey Loyd (not
pictured) remarked, “Diane is an excellent employee who performs her best
daily.”
