Dallas, TX, Northwest Station Retail Associate Denita Allen (right) received a Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Gail Aycock (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She has been with the Postal Service for 20 years and enjoys the customers the most.  Allen commented, “What we do as a team, moving the amount of mail we do in one night is amazing.  Also, I’m blessed with the best son in the whole world.  He is my gold star!”
