Dallas, TX, Main Post Office Retail Associate Lawson Ford (far left) left received his first Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Suny Steele Warden (far right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He was joined by Retail Associates Rhonda Pinkard (second left); Deborah Wilkerson (second right) and Supervisor, Customer Services Nadra McCain (center, in the back).  Ford is thankful to have great co-workers, supervisor and manager and he enjoys getting to meet people from everywhere.  He commented, “I came from a Postal family and now I have found another one.”
