Station Retail Associate Teresa Legaspi (left) received her 27th
Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Patti Walker (right) for a
perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience. A customer who was shipping multiple
international packages remarked, “Teresa took the time to assist me and has the
knowledge to ensure that all my packages will arrive at their proper
destinations. She is the best.”
