Dallas Proud

Dallas, TX, Parkdale Station Retail Associate Brigitte Earl (left) received her sixth Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Dionne Davis (right) for a perfect transaction on Retail Customer Experience.  Earl has been with the Postal Service for 36 years and enjoys being the first face to make a good impression on customers as they enter the Post Office.  She likes educating them on our products and services.  Earl remarked, “I’m proud to represent a company that I have worked for most of my life.  I represent a brand that is a fixture in the community that customers enjoy coming back to.  I’m proud of being a part of that fixture and I’m grateful to work with a team of great co-workers.  There are only three Clerks here but we are the best in the city.”
