Customer Compliment

Lewisville, TX, Flower Mound Letter Carrier Don Cain received a customer compliment.

We would like to commend our Mail Carrier, Don Cain, in Flower Mound. We are blessed to have him delivering our mail and think he is one of the best.  Don is a humble man who goes the extra mile and works as hard as he can to please his customers and deliver the mail on time, always in a friendly and courteous manner. He delivers our packages to the door whenever possible.  When our 19-month-old grandson is visiting, he loves to watch the front window for the Postman to deliver the mail.  Recently we walked out to the street and our young grandson was thrilled that Don took the time to talk to him and let him look inside the vehicle.  It really made our grandson's day!  Don is a man who always does his best to serve his customers, while also meeting the needs of those he works for.  We have been told that the Post Office encourages its employees to practice “Postal Pride.”  We know that the Flower Mound Post Office must be very proud of one of its finest employees, our Letter Carrier, Don.
