Dallas Proud

Plano, TX, Main Post Office Retail Associate Paul Poulose (center) received his second Gold Star Award from Postmaster Todd Smith (left) and Manager, Customer Services Gina Jaworski (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He has been with the Postal Service for 19 years and is proud to serve the people and the community of Plano.  Poulose commented, “It’s a great job.”
