Mount Pleasant, TX, Lead Retail Associate Phyllis Freeman received
her third Gold Star in a row for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer
Experience. She has served in all
aspects of the Post Office. Such as
Supervisor, Customer Services, Retail Coach, On the Job Trainer for Window
Clerks and as a representative for several EEO cases. Freeman makes it a point to know your name,
your needs and your box number. She
knows all her customers personally.
Mount Pleasant has received the Mineola Award and has earned over 30
Gold Star Awards since the program started.
Freeman remarked, “It takes all of us working as a team to receive these
awards. The other Clerks are equally as
good and have earned many Gold Star Awards.
It’s all about the customer.”
