McKinney,
TX, Linkside Park Station Retail Associate Shauna Jones received her fifth Gold
Star Award for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience. She has been with the Postal Service for 15
years and believes her branch is unique.
Jones remarked, “There is a little home town feel here. We know our customers and our customers know
us on a first name basis. I’m happy to
be a part of a collection of the greatest Post Offices in the world. What the Postal Service does is amazing.”
