Plano, TX, Main Post Office Retail Associate Binh Loi (center) received her second Gold Star Award from Postmaster Todd A. Smith (left) and Manager, Customer Services Gina Jaworski (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She is proud to work for a company where everything is equal.  Loi has gained a lot of experience over the past 19 years with the Postal Service and passes her knowledge along to her customers. 
Plano, TX, Downtown Station Retail Associate Helen Trinh (right) received a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Todd A. Smith (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She enjoys working the window, serving the customers and making them happy.  Trinh has many customers that appreciate the job she and her fellow co-workers do.  She commented, “We have a Post Office with a great group of people that generates a lot of revenue.”
Plano, TX, Wildcat Station Retail Associate Willie Jester (center) received a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Todd A. Smith (left) and Manager, Customer Services Jackie Minuette (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He likes solving customer problems and making them happy.  Jester is proud of the postal brand and strives for positive customer feedback every time.  He remarked, “I have a good group of Clerks that surround me.  I’ve been a T7 for 2 years and every member of this team has a Gold Star Award.”
Plano, TX, Northwest Station Retail Associate Victor Davis (center) received a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Todd A. Smith (left) and Acting Manager, Customer Services Kevin Taylor (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He has 22 years of experience with the Postal Service and his dad is a retired Window Clerk and Manager from the Alabama District.  Davis takes pride in doing a good job by giving great customer service. 
Plano, TX, Northwest Station Retail Associate Eric Eastham (center) received a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Todd A. Smith (left) and Acting Manager, Customer Services Kevin Taylor (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He is proud to work for an organization that can do what nobody else does.  Eastham enjoys dealing with people and is a U.S. Air Force veteran.  He said, “I like my co-workers and we work well together.”
