Dallas, TX, Brookhollow Station Retail Associate Ann Hoang (left) received a Gold Star Award from Acting Manager, Customer Services Cloteal Hutchins (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She has been with the Postal Service for over 18 years.  Hoang enjoys her co-workers, having fun and assisting customers.  She remarked, “I’m an immigrant who moved from Vietnam to the U.S.  I’m really happy to be in America.  Thank you America!”
