Lead to Win

Dallas, TX, Postmaster Yulonda Love (second left) and her team members (left to right) Manager, Customer Service Operations (MCSO) Angela San Miguel; Administrative Assistant Leonila Lozano; Customer Relations Coordinator John Torrez; and MCSO Rodrick Cole were featured in the Lead to Win message for their focus on revenue success.  The Dallas District performance in Total Revenue FPR % to Plan was 1.7% YTD.
 
3 keys to their team’s success on this indicator are:
 
·         Ensure sufficient stamp stock on retail windows and for commercial sales.
·         Continued focus on managing WTIL, most improved in Quarter 3.
·         Brand Scanning – consistently at a 92% or better. Best in the District.
