Part of being resilient is knowing what
is available to you to help. Community resources, government programs, support
groups, are just a few examples of resources that you may need to employ to
help you through the spot you find yourself in. Doing research and continuing
to learn about what is available to you is another way to help you be
resilient.
One resource
that is always available for USPS employees and their eligible household
members is the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). With 24 hour a day, 7 days a
week services that are free, the EAP may be just what you need to make it
through. With offerings such as counseling, consultations, coaching, and
critical incident response services, the EAP is able to help in a variety of
ways. And, they are easy to access. Just call or visit their website to learn
more.
I want to thank
you for being a part of this ePromotion and encourage you to contact me if you
would like to learn more about resiliency and how it can benefit you. The free
coaching services offered through the EAP is a great, confidential way to help
you reach your goal of being more resilient. If you would like to learn more,
give me a call or send me an email. My contact information is located below.
