Office Retail Associate Shiaya Washington (right) received a Gold Star Award
from Manager, Customer Services Steve Boyle (left) for a perfect score on a
Retail Customer Experience. She started
her postal career in March and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Washington remarked, “I just love life to the
fullest in all aspects. I enjoy helping
customers. I’m here to work and help out
wherever I’m needed.”
