Retail Associate Jacquala Wilson (right) received her first Gold Star Award
from Supervisor, Customer Services Gilda Yates (left) for a perfect transaction
on a Retail Customer Experience. She just started her postal career in April
and enjoys putting smiles on customer faces every day. Wilson’s daughter, Rayvinn turned four on the
same day of her mystery shop.
