Dallas Proud

Carrollton, TX, Rosemeade Station Retail Associate Angela Chen (left) received her seventh Gold Star Award from Supervisor, Customer Services Eva Duffey (right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She has worked for the Postal Service for 20 years and likes the customer interaction.  Chen enjoys when customers give her good feedback.  She remarked, “I try to set a great example for my kids.  So, they can be proud of me.”
