Station Retail Associate William “Allen” Dahl (right) received his eighth Gold
Star Award from Supervisor, Customer Services Gerald Hamilton (left) for a
perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience. In addition to being cherished by his
customers, Dahl believes in the power of team work. He commented, “If we all work together as a
team, everything works as it’s supposed to.”
