Dallas, TX, White Rock Station Retail Associate Vanessa Washington (second right) received her fifth Gold Star Award from Supervisor, Customer Services Cleonte Grafton (far left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She was joined by her co-workers, Retail Associates Raja Singh (second left) and Monica Howard (far right) who are part of an excellent team that strives to give outstanding service to all of their customers.  Washington specializes in assisting the elderly customers in the area.  She remarked, “They make my day. I hope that someone will care for me in the same way when I get older.”
