Dallas, TX, Supervisors,
Customer Retention Helena Mensah (far left) and Leland Davenport (far right)
and the Customer Retention Team (CRT) were recognized by Headquarters during an
end of year town hall for having the most improved attendance in FY18.
Nationally, CRT was celebrating $884 million of retained revenue from business customers
in FY18. Employees received a catered lunch and bags with assorted items as a
thank you for their hard work. This recognition was awarded nationwide to
all CRT locations from Headquarters, Director of Business Customer Intelligence
Richard Sherrill; Headquarters, Manager, Customer Retention Kelvin D. Jackson;
Retention Field Support Manager, Teresa C. Moe; and Retention Field Support
Specialist Carrie Rowland (not pictured).
