Richardson, TX, Main Post Office Letter Carrier and Maintenance Mechanic David Snelson (sixth left) received his 41-year Service Award from Postmaster Veronica Johnson (fifth right).  He retired on June 1, 2018 and was joined by his fellow co-workers who wished him well in his future endeavors.

Richardson, TX, Promenade Station Retail Associate Sheila Giles (center) received a Gold Star Award from Postmaster Veronica Johnson (right) and Acting Manager, Customer Services Jerry Gentry (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She is proud to represent the postal brand in a positive way.  Giles thanked her co-workers who helped her get this award.
