Retail Associate Benny Joseph received his first Gold Star Award for a perfect
transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.
He has been with the Postal Service for 21 years and enjoys helping customers. Joseph remarked, “If my customers are happy
then I’m happy too. I love my
co-workers. We have a great team.”
