Dallas, TX, Bent Tree Station Lead Retail Associate Dawn Voss
(center) received her third Gold Star Award from Acting Manager, Customer
Services Angelia Hicks (left) and Supervisor, Customer Services Melba Lopez
(right) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience. She has been with the Postal Service for 38
years and plans on retiring in July. Her
husband is an Expeditor at the Dallas Main Post Office who also has 38 years of
service. Voss trains new employees and
enjoys the extra challenges and responsibilities. She likes to get things done and doing the
best job that she can for her customers.
Voss commented, “I work with a really good bunch of ladies and
gentleman.”
