Dallas, TX, Lakewood Station Retail Associate Mark Pound (right)
received his second Gold Star Award from Supervisor, Customer Services Sheria
Overton (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience. He has been with the Postal Service for 33
years and has worked at 17 different stations.
Pound strives to do a good job and make the customer experience better
for his patrons. He looks forward to his
retirement.
