Dallas District Business Service Network Representative Willie Fagan (right) received her “Bling” for a recent lead that she gave to the Business Development Team. The lead is called Bioworld Merchandising.  Fagan identified this as a potential opportunity for the Postal Service and promptly handed it over to Business Development Specialist (BDS) Ron Williams (left).  After contacting the customer and recognizing its potential, Williams enlisted the help of Senor Field Sales Representative Kim Williams who turned the lead into a sale of over $500,000 for the Postal Service and with the company’s expansion, this could turn into over $1,000,000 worth of revenue.  She has been a huge lead generator for the BDS and many of her leads turn into revenue but this one so far, is the biggest.  The Dallas District would like to thank Fagan for her diligence!
