Paris, TX, Lead Retail Associate Kenette Smith received a Gold Star Award for a perfect
transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.
She has been with the Postal Service since 2008. Smith has excellent customer service skills
and has been Lead Retail Associate since 2016.
