Dear Mr. Gilchrease,
 
Thank you for taking my call today regarding the Postal delivery changes that have resulted in the mail delivery in our building being moved from 11:30am to after 4:00pm.  Your response was outstanding in understanding the impact of end of business delivery of the U.S. mail to its business customers.  Your response of a solution was excellent and we look forward to the change that will result in noon mail delivery.
 
Our prior Carrier, Valentine Garcia was outstanding.  He was very professional and always helpful and very accurate with getting the mail in the correct box.  All of the tenants miss him and we understand the Post Office must make changes from time to time.
 
Thank you again for your response to this issue impacting the business tenants of 600 East Carpenter Freeway in Irving Texas.
