Dear Lufkin USPS,
 
I am accustomed to good customer service from your office but I wanted to let you know specifically of the outstanding assistance of your employee, Mike Maxey.  My family and I needed to get diplomatic passports, including one for our minor son.  Mr. Maxey went out of his way to accommodate us in explaining the process and making himself available during hours when my son was off from school. 
 
He saved us a lot of time and inconvenience and we were very happy with his professionalism and “above and beyond the call of duty” customer service.
 
Please let him know of our appreciation and we thank your entire staff for their hard work and care of the Lufkin community’s Postal needs.
