Garland,
TX, Main Post Office Retail Associate Robert “Bob” Easley (center) received his
sixth Gold Star Award from Postmaster Tim Huskey (right) and Manager, Customer
Services Jose Baez, Jr. (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer
Experience. He has been with the Postal
Service for 18 years and is a U.S. Army veteran. Easley remarked, “We have an excellent team
and strive to do our best on a daily basis.
I would not have been able to get this Gold Star Award without the help
of my co-workers and our management team.
Garland,
TX, Kingsley Station Retail Associate Rachel Jackson (right) received her
second Gold Star Award from Postmaster Tim Huskey (left) for a perfect
transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.
She has been with the Post Office for 20 years and enjoys the benefits
that the Postal Service provides.
Jackson commented, “I like helping people and I enjoy working with my
co-workers.”
Garland,
TX, South Station Retail Associate Silvia Sardon (right) received her fifth
Gold Star Award from Postmaster Tim Huskey (left) for a perfect transaction on
a Retail Customer Experience. She has
been with the Postal Service for 27 years and enjoys learning new things that
increase her knowledge. Sardon remarked,
“I come to work with a mentality that I’m going to provide the best customer
service possible. I like getting to know
my customers and they appreciate you for that.”
